2 Will my home be put in the Bitterroot Valley MLS as well as the Regional MLS?*
3 What attention-grabbing marketing plans do you have which will draw people to my listing? How will you showcase my property to grab 403% more potential viewers than the average?
4 What do you do to get prospective buyers to call you personally for information on my property?
5 Do you have a specific written Marketing Plan designed to sell my property quickly and for top dollar?
6 Do you have a method of following up on that written Marketing Plan so that people and events don’t fall between the cracks and become forgotten during busy periods?
7 Who will get access to my home and how?
8 After a buyer is found, do you have a system with built-in safeguards to bring about a smooth, quick, closing without the anxiety and glitches that seem to be inherent in real estate transactions today?
9 If I list my home with you, when would the marketing begin and why then?
*Numbers 2, 3 and 4 are critical points, with this one, Number 2, being the MOST important for this area.
